Directions: Take 5 drops twice daily between meals or for a good night’s sleep, take 1/2 dropper 2 hours before bed. Shake the bottle before use.

Expiration Date: 6 years

Alcohol Sensitivity or Breastfeeding: Place drops in 1 oz of warm water for 5–10 minutes to allow alcohol to evaporate before consuming.
