The Inner Dew Bundle

Kidney Recharge + Skin Nectar (Mai Dong) + Snow Fungus

Replenish your Yin. Nourish your fluids. Restore your natural radiance.

Dryness begins deeper than the skin.

Have you noticed that as Autumn arrives, your skin becomes drier, your lips begin to crack, your hair feels brittle, or your digestion becomes sluggish?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Autumn is governed by the Metal element and its associated organ systems, the Lungs and Large Intestine. Dryness is the dominant environmental influence of this season, and when the body lacks sufficient Yin and nourishing fluids, its effects may become more noticeable.

In TCM, moisture involves much more than just drinking water. In fact, it has little to do with it.

The body must have the ability to generate, transform, distribute, and preserve its precious fluids. When these functions become imbalanced, dryness can manifest throughout the body.

Introducing The Inner Dew Bundle: three traditional remedies selected to nourish the body from the inside out, time tested for thousands of years.

The Three Essentials

Kidney Recharge — Nourish Your Foundation

The Kidneys are considered the foundation of Yin and Yang. Kidney Yin provides a deep reservoir of cooling, moistening nourishment that supports the body's overall balance. Kidney Recharge is included to support this foundational system and encourage internal harmony.

Skin Nectar (Mai Dong) — Replenish Yin and Body Fluids

Mai Dong, or Ophiopogon root, is treasured in Chinese herbal medicine for its ability to nourish Yin, generate fluids, and moisten dryness, particularly in the Lung and Stomach systems. Traditionally used for dry mouth, throat dryness, and patterns of internal dryness, it supports nourishment from within.

Snow Fungus — Nature's Beauty Mushroom

Known as Tremella, Snow Fungus has been cherished for centuries in Chinese beauty and wellness traditions. Traditionally enjoyed in nourishing soups and desserts, it is valued for its moistening qualities and its association with supple skin, Lung nourishment, and graceful aging.

When the body is properly nourished, that balance can be reflected in the skin, hair, digestion, and overall vitality.

This Autumn, don't just moisturize your skin. Nourish the source of your moisture.
