Ingredients: sunflower oil, grapeseed oil, sesame oil, hemp oil, jojoba oil, peppermint oil, ginger oil*, xanthium (cang er zi 苍耳子) oil*, small centipeda herb oil (e bu shi cao 鹅不食草)*, argy wormwood (ai cao 艾草) oil*, dahurian angelica root (白芷 bai zhi) oil*

Directions: Rub 1-2 drop into each nostril, and at both sides of nose where acupuncture point Large Intestine 20 (LI-20) is located, rub up and down along LI 20 for a few seconds for 2-3 times a day or as needed.
