Directions: Take 5 drops twice daily between meals, shaking the bottle before use.
Take more as needed if you feel something coming on; cold, headache, fatigue. You can take more during travel or if you are around lots of people.

Expiration Date: 6 years
Alcohol Sensitivity or Breastfeeding: Place drops in 1 oz of warm water for 5–10 minutes to allow alcohol to evaporate before consuming.
