Directions: Take 5 drops orally or in 1 oz. of water twice daily, after meals.
Ingredients: Wildcrafted dong quai, huang qi, organic cane alcohol.
Contraindications: do not use during breastfeeding if you suffer from any bleeding disorders or estrogen-sensitive conditions like breast cancer, ovarian cancer, endometriosis or uterine fibroids. It acts similarly to estrogen and may worsen these conditions. If you are planning to have surgery, stop taking dong quai 2 weeks before planned surgery

For those avoiding alcohol or breastfeeding, place drops in 1 oz of warm water for 5 - 10 minutes to evaporate the alcohol before consuming.
If you are taking prescribed medications, be sure to separate the sequence by one hour.
