Lymph Rescue

$36.00

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the lymphatic system is not viewed as a single organ, but as a reflection of how well Qi, Blood, and fluids are moving throughout the body. When this movement slows, we begin to accumulate what we call Dampness, Phlegm, and Toxic Heat—manifesting as swelling, nodules, skin eruptions, fatigue, and a general feeling of heaviness.

Lymph Rescue was created to gently yet powerfully restore this movement.

At the heart of this formula are two profound herbs:

  • 苦參 (Ku Shen) — clears Heat and Toxins from deep within the tissues, especially where damp-heat has settled into the skin, lymph, and lower body

  • 丹參 (Dan Shen) — invigorates Blood, breaks up stagnation, and supports the body in clearing what has become stuck or hardened over time

Together, they work at both the surface and root cause clearing inflammation while restoring proper circulation.

The traditional Chinese medical prescription Linba Fang could inhibit the pathological changes caused by lymphedema, including swelling, inflammation, lipid deposition, and fibrosis. PMID: 33273956

This formula is further supported by a thoughtful combination of herbs that address the full picture:

  • 黃芪 (Huang Qi) to strengthen Qi and support the body’s natural defense and drainage pathways

  • 牛蒡 (Niu Bang / Burdock) to vent toxins outward through the skin and lymph

  • 半夏 (Ban Xia) to transform phlegm and dissolve accumulation

  • 炙甘草 (Zhi Gan Cao) to harmonize the formula and support digestion

  • 艾葉 (Ai Ye) to gently warm and move, ensuring that stagnation does not remain trapped in cold, constrained tissues
